		<description>While I appreciate the chance at publicity, the one problem I have with &quot;sponsored&quot; Flickr groups is the following statement is usually something people miss when they sign up:

&quot;If any photograph submitted by you is selected for publication, you agree that American Photo and its affiliates and assigns shall have, without further obligation to you, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to copy, display, publish and use the selected photograph(s), in print or online media now known or hereafter developed.&quot;

So while I&#039;m happy to submit the picture and get some publicity, I&#039;m not happy with the fact that I give American Photo the &quot;perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to copy, display, publish and use the selected photograph(s)&quot; - without further obligation.

As always the saying &quot;If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is&quot;</description>
