    CAN ANYONE ANSWER???
I often ask myself, there are a few website out there, true!
Why are they charging in order for you to find, or quote a client?
Why not call themselves what they really are? MARKETERS
Why would people be looking for a job and have to pay to find a job?

I agree, they are in fact marketers themselves. But what they are doing is putting all of their time and energy into getting leads. So you are in fact paying for their lead-generating abilities. Its up to you to decide if you think its ethical and you choose to do so.
